What size should I order?
Online shopping can be hard and we want to bring you peace of mind when trying something new. We try to provide specific details about the fit and sizing of each individual item so please check the description. Unless otherwise specified the general sizing guide can be found below.

What payment options do you accept?
We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa as well as PayPal and Apple Pay. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, or bank transfers.
Will i be charged sales tax?
Applicable tax will automatically be added to customers shipping to Virginia.
My order will not process what should i do?
Please check that the billing address listed in your order is an exact match to the billing address listed to the credit card used to place the order. If you have double checked all your information to be correct ,and the order still will not process, in effort to avoid potential double charges please refrain from attempting to check out multiple times. If you are still having difficulty please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will help take care of the issue.
How do I change or cancel my order after it has been submitted?
Life happens! In the event that you need to change or cancel an order please contact us immediately at email@example.com so we can assist you. We try hard to process and ship orders in a timely manner so the quicker you contact us, the easier it will be to change.
i have submitted payment now when will my order ship?
We try our hardest to process and ship orders in under 48 hours however we ask for a period of 3-5 days for updated tracking information due to potential busy life schedules which include kids, family, events and so forth. If you have a made to order product please allow 5-7 days before the order will be ready to ship. Unless otherwise specified shipping is $5.00 flat rate for standard shipping. Larger orders may result in a $16.00 flat rate priority shipping charge. Expedited shipping is available upon request at firstname.lastname@example.org. Your patience is appreciated.
HOW CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?
We understand that online shopping can be tricky and want to offer you peace of mind when selecting items you may be unsure about. Unless specifically specified, purchased items are eligible for a size exchange if available or a full return under the following guidelines: the item must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered in anyway, and contain the original tags. FINAL SALE items will be clearly identified and unfortunately will not be eligible for return or exchange. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges related to returns and exchanges. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?
Once we have received the returned merchandise you return will process within 5-7 business days. Exchanges will be mailed to the address provided and refunds will be processed back on to the original form of payment.

CAN I COMBINE PROMO CODES AND SALE PRICES?
Promo codes and sale prices including final sale items may not be combined. All offers are to be used individually. Unless otherwise specified, promo codes may not be used for the purchase of a gift card.
